"I have been taking this for quite a while. At nearly 70 years old, I am able to shovel snow in winter, weed my garden now that it is spring here, and work outside for nearly 2 hours before I run out of steam. I do have a wonky hip, but everything else is working better! I take it in the mornings with a few supplements. I make 3 servings at a time and refrigerate it. It is not necessary to use hot water if it will sit in the water overnight.

SeaSource Collagen™ is hydrolyzed for maximum effectiveness. When collagen is hydrolyzed, the protein molecules are broken into smaller molecules. A hydrolyzed protein will be easier to digest and will be absorbed by the body faster and easier than a non-hydrolyzed protein.
